About

I am a white, single male in Melbourne, Australia. Self-employed in a professional field, and confident and successful at what I do. Very much aware of the privilege that was bestowed on me at birth, and which has snowballed ever since. As a result, I don’t lead a life of excess.

I’ve always been drawn to strong, confident women in all aspects of my life.

It is difficult to deny the world would be a better place with women holding the reigns of power and influence, and with the roles and expectations of men correspondingly diminished.

All around us we see stunning examples of the way women routinely excel in positions of leadership in government, board rooms, small business and in the community. Women are better at juggling complex tasks, analysing problems, collaborating, finding solutions, and making decisions.

In some small way I hope this blog helps to demonstrate there are men who relish the opportunities that women presently face arising from the unwinding of our patriarchal society, and the emerging matriarchy, and to encourage women to participate in ways that will speed up this process of change.

If you are male these posts will remind you of what these rapidly evolving changes likely mean for you, and the steps you may take to find a position of relevance in our future female-led world. Some men may choose to take steps now to improve their prospects in this new world order. The brave amongst you may even actively support the evolution. Perhaps the future will favour you for doing so.
